I'm a big G-Shock fan and LRG has been my favorite brand for years now, so me and this watch were meant to be together. This isn't the first time they collaborated, but this is by far the best one. I've been lookin for a G-shock that's an off-color anyway so this will be copped as I get my money right.
Can't Tell Me Nothin' is such a dope song to me. Because Kanye is just being real, like I know I don't need all this jewelry, I already have a lot, but this is what I like nigga. Like on the remix when he say " if I alwayspray to have gleam on, $300 jeans on, do that mean I dream wrong?" I be feelin the same way. I spend hundreds of dollars on shoes, I already got 3 G-Shocks, I bought a pair of $150 headphones and people look at me stupid all the time after I tell him how much I paid for em..... It's just what I like. Simple as that.
And I'm not braggin or nothin about the shit I have because I hate people who I do that. I worked for all the things I got and hardly ANY of it was ever handed to me. I can thank my family for christmas/birthday money for some of it, but that's about it.
Just do what makes you happy and spend ya bread on what makes you happy. As long as its a positive thing. Meaning not drugs or something that can hurt you.

yo av i'm feelin this one big time, i can relate to that in plenty of ways. I used to listen to that track and feel the same way. I dont have a big shoe collection really but i get looked at stupid when i tell people how much i paid for some of my affliction shirts and the shit like that. Can't help that I like nice things I know you feel me there and I havent had anything handed to me, all comes from the money I work for. Good blog my dude.
I appreciate it homie! Yeah man, I wasn't even plannin on blackin like that but I always end up sayin more than what I expect to lol. That's where passion & distraction comes in lol.
I don't see the big deal with having expensive things or cloths that might cost more than what the average person buys. Keywords: average person. Not everyone has to blend in or "follow suit". Far as that goes, long as the material things don't effect you creatively like some of these fallin' off rappers.....its not a big deal.

I definitely feel you. You gotta be you, and make decisions for yourself above anyone else...And yeah they're dope as hell, just be careful because after you get one, your just gonna keep wantin more lol.
